I recently bought a 2018 Mazda3 and was very pleased with the experience. I worked with Cody and never felt pressured to buy, was up front with pricing and was very accommodating to my questions. There was one issue regarding whether or not the vehicle was certified as it was listed inconsistently on the site. But that was not a deal breaker. I dislike negotiating and I really don't like dealers who hound me to get a sale. One of my better experiences.

We knew what we wanted because of doing some internet shopping. The salesman (Mike Killen) was very nice and did not try to pressure us into looking at something else. The staff remembered us from a few years back when we bought our son's car there and reminded us of some of the extras we purchased when we bought his car. I was just looking for a vehicle just to get back and forth to work, which I drive only 7 miles each way. They showed me this used Mazda 3 with only 25,000 miles on it and I love it. I went to the Subaru Dealership down the street and not one sales person even acknowledged me, so I drove up the street to the Mazda Dealer. I brought my 2007 Mazda RX8 in for air bag replacement I believe in October 2018 "don't have the paperwork with me" Upon returning to pick up the car I noticed an H crack in my passenger side dash which was not cracked when I brought it to the dealership. Brought the car back to discuss the crack only to have nothing done about it. Cody was very good to work with. Very accomodating. Did have to remind him of requests. We were in and out in a short period of time. Very pleased with the car. It did have one blemish on the hood that would have been to know about - discovered at home. It would not have effected the deal. Also it was communicated ahead of time that we wanted to purchase the car thru a trust but that word never got to the Financial Mgr.

Your technician cracked my dash and you are giving me a hard time about fixing it. I took time out of my day four times to have the problem fixed and they've done nothing to help. You depreciated the value of my car and won't do anything to resolve the problem. I've showed pictures and websites of this problem called the " H-crack" and still nothing. If I could give zero star i would. I had a very dangerous experience with the service department. I took my Mazda CX5 in for a complete service which included checking the brakes. Two weeks later, with my two young children in the car, my brakes failed. Turns out the brake was never checked and the brake pads was worn down. This could have all been avoided had the service I paid for been done. I incurred a lot of stress and out of pocket expenses correcting this mistake and Mazda has refused to compensate me fully. The attention and service I received from Jim and Jackie was exceptional. They assisted in finding a time that worked for me, and they really listened to my concerns about the vehicle and its warranty coverage. Ultimately, they resolved the matter to my satisfaction, and made the required repair without any issues or difficulty. I have two Mazdas, and based on my experience at MTM, I won't go anywhere else for service in the future. Kudos to both of them and to the whole dealership staff.
The service center is clean and appears to be roe managed. My only issue with them is that they Seem to be extremely focused on themselves and ending their day exactly on time. Don't call or show up 15 minutes before they close and expect much from them... I get it, they wanna leave on time, I just can't help but think that there's a way of doing it that doesn't make the customer feel like they're an inconvenience. I’ve been taking my SUV there for every service needed since I purchased the vehicle so I have been a loyal customer and this last time when they called me to tell me the amount of the repair it was $491 and when I get to the store they were trying to charge me $531, so I had to to complain in order to get the first price I was given. Not to mention the parts were only $110 and they charged me $348 for labor plus all the extra charges and taxes a whole total of $491.01...
Had new tires mounted and balanced on my Mazda CX-5 , always worried that my rims will take a beating with the new tires but not at my favorite Mazda Dealer! My mechanic Jake he is so careful with my car you would think it was his own SUV, not a scratch and tires balanced out perfectly. That is why I buy Mazda great cars , that are fun to drive and great customer service! Thank You as always love my Mazda!

The housing surround of the mirror had been cracked. The service advisor was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. We ended up saving about half the cost of a total replacement. The work on the mirror was perfect and was done very quickly. I am very satisfied.
